The main challenge for Sang Lucci arose from its existing online presence. A heuristic analysis revealed critical issues in user experience, resulting in a loss of user engagement and customers. To address this, a comprehensive revamp was necessary. This involved conducting thorough analysis, user interviews, user flow mapping, and identifying user pain points and stakeholder needs.
