ROS-Lexitas Product Definition

Lexitas is a product focused on efficiently managing medical records and navigating the legal processes associated with insurance claims. It features a user-friendly dashboard capable of handling numerous orders daily, providing access to both external and internal users. The core objective of Lexitas is to enable users to create orders from scratch to meet medical and legal requirements seamlessly. With Lexitas, users can navigate complex medical and legal landscapes with ease, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process.

The product underwent development entirely within the team. To ensure an optimized user experience, various user research activities were conducted, including user interviews, prototyping, and the creation of user personas. This informed the development of user journeys and wireframes, enabling the team to align the product with user needs effectively.

Additionally, a design system tailored specifically for this app was implemented. This decision significantly reduced design delivery time and ensured consistency across the platform.
